At Luzei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return policy on all eligible items.

✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging are intact

  • The item was not on sale or clearance

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Products missing parts or original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

📦 How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return

  3. We’ll send you a return shipping label

  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to us

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method:

    • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa – refunded to your account

    • Credit/Debit Card – refunded to your card

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – refunded via bank transfer
